Weather Forecast During 9-10 Mar, the ridge of moderate high pressure area from China extends to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Thunderstorm with gust is likely over Thailand. While the intense easterly wave over southern and the Gulf of Thailand. Increasing in rainfall are expected in the areas and about 2 meters of wave height in the lower Gulf of Thailand during the period.
During 11-15 Mar, this high pressure area will weaken causing hot with haze in the daytime over upper Thailand. Except during 13-15 Mar, the westerly trough will move across northern and northern Thailand. Summer thunderstorm with gust and hail in some places is expected in the area.
Warning During 9-11 Mar, all ship in the lower Gulf of Thailand from Suarat Thani southward should proceed with caution. And during 13-15 Mar, people in upper Thailand especially in the North and Northeast should beware of thunderstorm with gust and hail.
