General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The ridge of moderate high pressure area remains over the north and northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea, and the southeasterly wind prevails over northern, central and eastern Thailand. There remains thundershower over the areas. The strong easterly wind over the South and the Gulf of Thailand brings scattered rain. Wind-wave in the lower Gulf from Surat Thani southward is likely about 2 meters high. All ships in the areas should proceed with caution during 11-12 March.

During 13-15 March, the westerly trough will move across the North. Thunderstorm with isolated gust and hail is expected over northern and northeastern Thailand.

Northern Part Hot and haze during the day time. Widely scattered thundershowers with isolated gust mostly in Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Phrae, Uttaradit, Sukhothai and Tak. Minimum temperature 20-24 ?C. Maximum temperature 35-37 ?C.

Southerly winds 10-30 km/hr.

Northeastern Part Hot and haze during the daytime.

Isolated thundershower mostly in the western part.

Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr.

Central Part Hot and haze during the daytime.

Widely scattered thundershowers with isolated gust mainly in Nakhon Sawan,

Uthai Thani, Suphanburi, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.

Minimum temperature 23-25 ?C. Maximum temperature 34-36 ?C.

Southeasterly winds 15-30 km/hr.

Eastern Part Hot in the upper part. Widely scattered thundershower mostly in Chon Buri,

Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat. Minimum temperature 24-26 ?C.

Maximum temperature 32-36 ?C. Southeasterly winds 15-35 km/hr.

Wave height about 1 meter and 1-2 meters offshore.

Southern Part (East Coast) Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 24-25 ?C.

Maximum temperature 30-33 ?C. Southeasterly winds 20-35 km/hr.

Upper Gulf from Chumphon upward: Wave height 1-2 meters.

Lower Gulf from Surat Thani downward: Wave height about 2 meters.

Southern Part (West Coast) Scattered thundershowers mostly in Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.

Minimum temperature 23-24 ?C. Maximum temperature 33-34 ?C.

Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr.

Wave height about 1 meter and about 2 meters in thundershower areas.
