General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The ridge of nearly intense high pressure area has extended to upper Vietnam and will to upper Thailand and the South China Sea by today evening. Summer thundershowers i.e. thunderstorm, gust and hail are likely in the areas and then cooler weather. This affect to in the eastern portion of Northeast at first and then the others. People in the areas should beware of severe weather during 22-24 March, 2011.
During 23-26 March, 2011, Increasing in rain is likely in the South. Wind waves in the Gulf with 2-3 meters. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore in the period.
