General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The ridge of intense high pressure area from China has extended to northeastern Thailand and the South China Sea while the hot temperature occurs. Summer thunderstorm with cool weather is likely over lower northern, northeastern, central and eastern Thailand. People in the areas should beware of severe weather during 23-25 March.
The easterly wind over southern Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand will strengthen. More rain is likely with wave about 2 meters high in the areas. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during 24-26 March.
