General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time At 4.00 a.m. today, an active low pressure near the coastal area of Krabi. Torrential rain with heavy falls much of the area during this period. Decreasing in rainfalls are likely in the South East Coast. People should beware of flooding condition especially provinces of Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun. The wind-waves 2-3 meters high are likely in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 1-2 days.
