General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies across eastern part of the North and the Northeast of Thailand. More thundershowers and isolated heavy rain with gust are likely in upper Thailand during 24-26 May, 2011.

The moderate southwest monsoon remain prevail over the Andaman sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf. Scattered rain is likely over the areas during the period.

Northern Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain with gust in Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phayao, Nan, Tak and Phetchabun.

Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 34-35 C.

Southwesterly winds 10-30 km/hr.

Northeastern Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain with gust in Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani and Nakhon Ratchasima.

Minimum temperature 23-25 C. Maximum temperature 33-35 C.

Southwesterly winds 10-30 km/hr.

Central Part Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.

Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr.

Eastern Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat.
