General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough across the North and the upper Northeast weakened. Decreasing rainfall is likely the areas.

The southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand is strengthening. More rain and isolated heavy fall are likely over the windward side or the western portion of the country and the coastline of the East. People should beware of heavy rain. Wind-waves in the Andaman Sea are expected about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
