Weather Forecast During 6-8 June, The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Thailand causing scattered to fairly widespread thundershower and isolated heavy rain likely over the areas.
During 9-12 June, the southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea and Thailand is strengthening. Abundant rain and isolated heavy rain continue over the North and upper Northeast and scattered rainfall in the other parts. Stronger wind-wave is expected in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand with 2-3 meters high.
Warning People in the risky area in the North, the upper Northeast, the Central and the South west coast should beware of heavy rain and flash flood condition throughout the period. All ship in Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore during 9-12 June, 2011.
Northern Part Scattered to fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain with gust throughout the period.
