At 18.00 UTC today, the tropical storm “SARIKA” developed from tropical depression in the south China Sea near Philippines or latitude 16.8 N longitude 117.8 E with maximum wind speed of 65 Km/Hr. It is moving north-northwest ward with speed of 18 Km/Hr and expected to making landfall on the lower China in a next few days.
