Scattered to widespread rains and isolated heavy rain are likely over the country. Stronger wind-waves are likely in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand with
2-3 meters high.
During 21-23 Jun, the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. But rainfalls will remain over the windward side and decreasing in heavy rain. Rather strong wind-waves are expected in the Andaman Sea with about 2 meters high.
Warning During 17-20 Jun, , people in western portion of the country and the East should beware of heavy rain. All ships in Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution throughout the period and high wave is likely in the coastal zone of the South west coast and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore during 17-20 Jun.
