"Heavy rain, Flash Flood and Strong Wind-Wave"

Tropical storm “HAIMA” in the upper Tokin bay or about 250 km. east of Hanoi moving westward and will make landfall Hai-Phong, Vietnam today (24 Jun, 2011). This storm will downgrade to tropical depression and keep westward to Laos. This causes more rain and heavy rain many places in the upper Northern and Northeast, Thailand during 24-26 Jun, 2011. People in the risky areas such as Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun and Loei should beware of flooding condition.
The active southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand. Rather strong wind-wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf with 2-3 meters high are likely. All ships should precede a caution and small boat should keep ashore, while People along the coastlines of the Southwest should beware of high surf.
