"Heavy Rain, Flash Flood and Strong Wind-Wave"

The monsoon trough lies across Myanmar Laos and upper Vietnam while the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Decreasing in rainfall will over upper Thailand but isolated heavy rain is remaining in the North and the East. For the past few days with excessive rain in many areas of the North and the East, therefore people in the risky areas along foothills and waterways should beware of flash flood and flooding conditions during 1-2 days. The areas include Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit, Tak, Sukhothai, Nakhon Nayok, Chanthaburi and Trat. The wind-waves in the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand are likely 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
