General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough has shift up across Myanmar, Laos, PDR and upper region of Vietnam. The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Scattered to fairly widespread rain is likely over the country and isolated heavy rain in the eastern part of the North, the upper part of the Northeast, the East and the South west coast. People in the areas should beware of heavy rain during this period.
The strong wind wave is likely in the Andaman Sea and the eastern region of the upper Gulf of Thailand. All ship should proceed with caution and small boats in the Andaman Sea should keep ashore during 12-15 July, 2011.
