General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The moderate monsoon trough lies across the north of Thailand to low pressure cell in the upper Vietnam and the active southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand will weaken. Decreasing rainfall is likely over upper Thailand but isolated heavy rain in some area in the North and Northeast Thailand. Wind-wave in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf is likely with about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
