heavy to very heavy rain is likely in the North and Northeast.
During 13-16 Aug, this monsoon trough will shift to lies across the Lower North, the Central and the lower Northeast. Increasing in rainfall and isolated heavy rain is likely in upper Thailand.
Warning People in risky areas along foothills, near waterways and in lowland are warned of flooding. These areas include of the North, the Northeast and the western portion of Central.
