General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the Central and the Northeast of Thailand. The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Decreasing rain and isolated heavy falls are likely over the country, especially in provinces of Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Sukhothai, Phichit, Loei, Nong Khai, Chanthaburi and Trat. People in risky areas along foothills and waterways are warned of possible flash flood. People in lowlands and riversides in the Central and the East are warned of overflow during few days and it will weaken.
The strong wind-wave in the Andaman Sea is likely 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during few days.
