The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Scattered to fairly widespread rain and isolated heavy fall is likely over Thailand.
After that during 18-21 Sep, this monsoon will move to across the lower North, the Central and the Northeast with intensifying. And the active southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Increasing rain and isolated heavy to very heavy fall is expected over the country during this period.
Warning During 18-21 Sep, people in the risky areas in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South west coast should beware of flash flood. All ships should proceed with caution and small boat in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand keep ashore.
