And the moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. After that during 26-28 Sep, a low pressure cell near the coastal of Vietnam will move along the monsoon trough which lies over upper Thailand. And the active southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. Increasing rain and isolated heavy to very heavy falls is likely over the country. The wind-wave in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand will intensify with 2-3 meters high.Warning People in the risky areas in the lower North, the Central, the Northeast, the East and the South west-coast should beware of heavy rain and flooding condition. All ships should proceed with caution and small boat in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand keep ashore during 26-28 Sep.
