During 30 Sep — 2 OCT, typhoon “NESAT” will cover the south of China and upper Vietnam and the intense southwest monsoon covers Andaman Sea, the south and the Gulf of Thailand, heavy rain are likely in the east and Southern Part (West Coast). During 3 — 4 OCT, the southwest monsoon will intensify and covers the Andaman Sea, the south and the Gulf of Thailand, increasing rain are likely in the east and Southern Part (West Coast). The wind-wave in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand will intensify with 2-3 meters height throughout the period. Warning During 28-29 Sep, people in the risky areas in the North should beware of heavy rain and flooding condition. During 30 Sep — 2 Oct , all ships should proceed with caution and small boat in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand keep ashore.
