General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies across the Central and the East of Thailand to low pressure cell in the South China Sea. The active southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Scattered to fairy widespread rain and isolated heavy rain in the Central, the lower Northeast, the East and the South west-coast. People should beware of severe heavy rain during 1-2 days. The strong wind-waves in the Andaman Sea are expected 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore.
The low cell downgraded from tropical depression “Nalgae” over the upper Vietnam still scattered rain likely over the upper Northeast of Thaiand.
