General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The strong monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the East and the upper South of Thailand to the low pressure cell in the middle South China Sea. The active southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Southern Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Abundant rain and isolated heavy rainfall are likely over the areas. The areas include Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun should beware heavy rain during few days.
Decreasing rainfall is likely over the North and Northeast during 1-2 days.
