General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The ridge of high pressure area from China extends to upper Thailand. Cool to cold weather and morning fog are remain in the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East of Thailand.
During 15-16 November, the northeast monsoon over southern Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand will intensify. Fairly widespread thundershower and isolated heavy rain are expected over southern east-coast. People from Chumphon southward should beware of heavy rain and flooding conditions. The wind-wave in the Gulf of Thailand is about 2 meters. All ships should proceed with caution.
