Weather Forecast During 16-18 November, high pressure area covered upper Thailand will weaken. Increasing temperature over upper Thailand but still cool to cold weather and fog in the morning. For the Northeast monsoon winds covered the South and the Gulf of Thailand has weakened. Widely scattered to scattered thundershowers in the South and weakening the wind-wave. After that during 19-22 November, another high pressure area from China will extend its ridge to upper Thailand. The rain in the first phase, starting from the east before. And decrease in temperature 3-5 degree.
During 20-22 November, the northeast monsoon over southern Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand will intensify. Scattered to fairly widespread thundershower and isolated heavy rain are expected in the South, east-coast. And the wind wave in the lower Gulf will be likely 2-3 meters.
Warning During 21-22 November, people living in the south of Thailand are warned of severe heavy rain and flash flood. All ships in the lower Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution. And small boat should keep ashore during this period as well.
Northern Part During 16-19 Nov, a slight increase in temperature, cool to cold with morning fog and thick patches in some place in upper portion, minimum 15-19 oC. Cool with morning mist in the lower portion.
Minimum 19-22 oC, maximum 30-33 oC. Cold to very cold on mountaintops, minimum 7-13 oC.
During 20-22 Nov, isolated light rain, drop 2-4 oC.
Cold to very cold on mountaintops, minimum 6-12 oC.
