Occurrences of rain and decreasing temperature with 3-5 oC will be expected first in the Northeast and then the rest regions. The stronger northeast monsoon across southern Thailand and the Gulf brings more rain with the stronger wind waves, 2-3 meters high in the areas.Warning Warning. — During 21-25 Nov, people in southern Thailand east-coast should beware of heavy rain, flooding conditions and strong wind-wave blowing into the coastline. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution and small boat in the lower Gulf keep ashore during this period.
