General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time Another intense high pressure has covered the southern of China. It is expected to cover northeastern Thailand and the upper South China Sea today (1 December 2011), bringing isolated rain and cool to cold weather with 1-3 ?C drops in the upper part of the country.
During 2-4 December, the active northeast monsoon will affect more rain over southern Thailand from Nakhon Si Thammarat southward with the stronger wind-waves in the Gulf.
