The northeast monsoon across the Gulf and southern Thailand while the low cell over Malaysia affect more rain in southern Thailand from Nakhon Si Thammarat southward a couple days and 2-3 meters high in the lower Gulf of Thailand, all ship should proceed with caution.
Another intense high pressure from China will roll down to cover the upper Thailand approximately December 23, 2011.
