General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time During 4-6 Jan, the ridge of high pressure from China interacts with the westerly trough resulting in prolonged isolated rain and cool to cold weather with 2-4 ?C drops in the upper Thailand. This conditions affected in the Northeast of Thailand at the beginning and the other part later. The stronger northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and southern Thailand with 2-3 meters high in the lower Gulf of Thailand; all ships should proceed with caution.

Besides, heavy rainfall in the South of Thailand will decrease but people in Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat should proceed of flooding condition during a few days.
