Weather Forecast During 9-11 Feb, another rather active high pressure will reach the northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea triggering thundershowers and a decrease in temperature by 2-4 oC. After that during 11-15 Feb, the westerly trough will move across the upper North of Thailand. Thundershowers and then decreasing in temperature 4-6 oC is expected in the North during the period.
During 9-12 Feb, more rain and isolated heavy fall is expected in the South with moderate wind wave in the Gulf of Thailand about 2 meters high.
Warning People in upper Thailand should beware of thundershower and gust. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution throughout the period.
Northern Part During 9-10 Feb, cool to cold in the upper portion with morning fog and thick patches in some places, increasing temperature in daytime. Minimum temperature 14-17 oC. Elsewhere cool with morning fog.
Minimum 18-23 oC. Maximum 33-37 oC.
Cold to very cold on mountaintops, minimum temperature 5-10 oC. Southerly winds 10-25 km/hr.
During 11-15 Feb, widely scattered thundershowers. Cool to cold, 4-6 oC drops with morning fog.
