"Tropical Storm “PAKHAR”"

At 2100 UTC today, tropical storm “PAKHAR” in the middle South China Sea was centered about 550 kilometers east of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam or at latitude 10.0 degree north longitude 111.7 degree east, with sustained wind of 65 km/hr. It is moving west slowly and does not affect Thailand during 2-3 days.
The weak high pressure affects hot weather with rise in temperature. During 31 March to 2 April, another moderate high pressure will cover northeastern Thailand and the South China Sea.
