After that during 4-7 April, another moderate high pressure area from China has extended its ridge to northeastern Thailand and the South China Sea affect to increasing in rainfalls with isolated gust is likely in Thailand.
The tropical storm “PAKHAR” in the middle South China Sea will make landfall over lower Vietnam on 1 April 2012 and will downgrade to the tropical depression and low pressure cell.
