The tropical storm “PAKHAR” in Vietnam will downgrade and decay in Cambodia.
Warning During 2-3 April, people in the south beware of heavy rain and during 4-5 April, people in upper Thailand (the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East) should beware of thunderstorm with gust and hail.
