And southeasterly winds bringing the moisture from the South China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand to the lower North, the Northeast, the Central and the East cause isolated to widely scattered thundershowers and isolated gust. After that during 21-23 Apr, the high pressure from China will extend to the upper Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Widely scattered to scattered thundershower with isolated gust is expected in upper Thailand.
