The low cell over the Central interacts with the moderate southwest monsoon across the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand affect torrential rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rain over the country, especially in the North, the Central, the East and the South. During 17-19 May, people the risky areas near waterways should beware of flooding condition. Wind-wave in the Andaman Sea is likely about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
