General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand and the low pressure over the Gulf of Tonkin affects more rain overall country and isolated heavy rain in the eastern portion of Northeast and the South West Coast. People in risk areas should beware of severe weather. Strong wind waves are likely in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Upper Gulf should proceed with caution during 23-27 May.

Phayao, Nan, Tak, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun.

Northeastern Part Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain mainly in Nong Khai, Bueng Kan,
