General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies across the upper North and Northeast through the low cell over South China Sea, and the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. These affect more rain overall country and isolated heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South West Coast. People in risky areas should beware of severe weather. Strong wind waves with 2 meters high are likely in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand; all ships should proceed with caution during 24-27 May.

Yasothon, Amnat Charoen and Ubon Ratchathani.
