General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper Northeast while the rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. These cause scattered to fairly widespread rainfall overall the country and isolated heavy rain in the North and the upper Northeast. People in risky areas along foothills near waterways should beware of flooding condition during this period. The areas include of Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phayao, Nan, Lamphun, Lampang, Phrae, Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Tak, Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Loei and Nong Bua Lamphu. Rather strong wind-waves are likely in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution during 1-2 days.

Northeastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Nong Khai,

Bueng Kan, Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon and Nakhon Phanom.

Southwesterly winds 10-30 km/hr.

Central Part Scattered thundershowers mostly in Nakhon Sawan,

Uthai Thani, Lop Buri and Saraburi.

Eastern Part Fairly widespread thundershowers mostly in Prachin Buri,
