General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough across the North and the upper Northeast and the active southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf cause scattered to fairly widespread rain overall country with heavy in some place of the areas. People in risky areas along foothills near waterways should beware of flooding conditions. The areas include Tak, Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan and Uttaradit. The strong wind-waves are likely in the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution during 1-2 days.
