General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Scattered to fairly widespread thundershowers is likely over Thailand and isolated heavy to very heavy fall in the South. People in risky areas along foothills near waterways should beware of flooding conditions. The areas include Chumphon, Surat Thani, Ranong, Phang-nga, Krabi and Trang. The strong wind-waves with 2-3 meters are likely in the Andaman Sea and upper Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore in a few days.
