General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The active southwest monsoon remains across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Scattered to fairly widespread thundershowers are likely overall country with isolated heavy to very heavy fall in the South. People in risky areas along foothills near waterways should beware of flooding conditions. The areas include Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi and Trang. The strong wind-waves are likely 2-3 meters in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
