The moderate monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the upper Central and the Northeast. Abundant rains are likely overall country and isolated heavy to very heavy fall. People in risky areas along foothills near waterways should beware of flooding conditions during 1-2 days. The areas include Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi and Trang. The strong wind-waves are likely 2-4 meters in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
