The areas include Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Nan, Phrae, Ranong, Phang-nga and Krabi. The strong wind-waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf. People along the coast should beware of strong inshore winds. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore.
