"Heavy Rain and Strong Wind-wave"

The strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf affect scattered to fairly widespread rain is likely over Thailand and isolated heavy to very heavy fall in the Northeast, the East and the South West coast. People in the risky areas should beware of heavy rain and flooding conditions during 2-3 days. This area includes Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Trat, Ranong and Phang-nga. The stronger wind wave is expected in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats keep ashore during 18-21 June 2012.
At 0400 a.m. today (Jun 18, 2005 ), the depression in the upper South China Sea was upgraded to tropical storm “TALIM”, centered about 100 kilometers east of Hainan, China or at latitude 19.1 ?N and longitude 111.8 ?E with maximum sustained winds about 65 km/hr. This storm is moving northeastward slowly.
