General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The strong southwest monsoon covered the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand began to weaken. The Low pressure cell covered the Gulf of Tokin and the upper Vietnam. Scattered to fairly widespread rain and isolated heavy rain in the North, the Northeast and the east of Thailand.
