The moderate monsoon trough across the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand and the moderate southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf cause abundant rainfall with heavy to very heavy in some places overall country. People in risky areas should beware of flooding conditions during 1-2 days. The areas include Chiang Rai, Phayao, Nan, Uttaradit, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Amnart Charoen, Surin, Si Saket, Ubon Ratchathani, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
