"Heavy rain and Flash Flood"

The moderate monsoon trough across the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand and the moderate southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf cause torrential rain with heavy to very heavy in some places overall country. People in risk areas should beware of flash flood. The areas include Chiang Rai, Lampang, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Phicit, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Nong Bua Lumphu, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Si Saket, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phang-nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
