General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough across Myanmar, Laos and upper Vietnam and the strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand affects torrential rain with heavy over somewhere of the upper country. The wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand keep ashore during 31 July - 2 September.

Besides, tropical storm “SAOLA” over northeastern Luzon, the Philippines is moving to Taiwan and eastern China and has no effect on Thailand during above period.
