Weather Forecast Weather Forecast During 7-9 Aug, the monsoon trough across the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand will intensity and the moderate southwest monsoon will prevail over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand. Increasing rainfalls are likely over upper Thailand with isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the North and the upper Northeast. The wind waves are likely 1-2 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand.
During 10-13 Aug, the monsoon trough will lie across the upper North of Thailand and upper Vietnam causing a decrease in rain over upper Thailand while the North and the Northeast get more rain with heavy in somewhere rain and scattered rain in the rest.
Besides, tropical storm “HAIKUI” over Northeast Taiwan will make landfall over eastern China on 8 Aug 2012 and has no affect on Thailand.
