General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The monsoon trough which lies over upper the North and the Northeast of Thailand, and the strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand, and the Gulf of Thailand. More rain is likely with isolated heavy rain over the country. People in the Southern Thailand especially in the west coast should beware of flash flood condition during the period.
Typhoon “TEMBIN” in the upper South China Sea is moving northeastward to Taiwan and East of China. While typhoon “BOLAVEN” is moving to Korean peninsula during 1-2 days. Travelers are advised to follow the weather bulletin before leaving to Eastern China, Taiwan and Korean peninsula.
