General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The active low pressure cell in Laos, PDR is moving along monsoon trough and will move cover the lower Northeast and the Central of Thailand. The rather strong Southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf. Torrential rain is likely with heavy to very heavy rain in some places of the country. People in Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Phetchabun, Chaiyaphum, Amnat Charoen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Saket, Ubon Ratchathani, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Lop Buri, Sara Buri, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phang-nga and Phuket should beware of heavy to very heavy rain during 6-7 September, 2012.
Rather strong wind wave is likely in the upper Gulf and the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution during 1-2 days.
