General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The active low pressure cell over the west of the Central Thailand. It is moving westward along the monsoon trough to the Gulf of Martaban today. Meanwhile, the active southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf. More rain is likely with heavy to very heavy in some places of the country. People should beware of severe weather condition. The areas include Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Phitsanulok, Sukhothai, Phetchabun, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Lop Buri, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong and Phang-nga.

The strong wind-waves are expected in the upper Gulf and the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution during 1-2 days.
